- Equity investments up to $30M per transaction
- Revenues below $150M
- Positive or negative EBITDA (no early stage)
- Typical enterprise values below $75M
- Headquartered and majority of business in North America
- Focus on control investments (will invest in non-control opportunistically)
Transaction Types
- Family or entrepreneurial owned business (not private equity backed)
- Businesses in need of sponsorship in order to scale / grow beyond the current size
- Corporate divestitures
- Underperforming or operationally challenged
- Complex or special situations
